SDR Educational Consultants was established in Houston, Texas, in 1999, by Sandra Dyson Rodríguez, an international educator with some thirty-five years' experience in foreign student administrative activities at the university level, evaluation, translation, and language teaching, some seventeen at educational institutions and more than eighteen years in the private sector as founder, owner, and president of two distinct credentials evaluation and translation agencies. As an international education consulting firm which specializes in foreign educational credentials, we provide professional evaluations of foreign education and translations for purposes of further study, professional employment and licensing, and immigration transactions. Our intent and purpose is to serve the holder of educational credentials from abroad, the academic community, the legal profession, and the business sector by completing our assignments in a timely manner and in accordance with the accepted professional standards for translation and evaluation. Our principal goal is to provide services in an efficient, thorough manner and at a reasonable cost to our clients.
Our evaluation division, Foreign Educational Equivalencies, dedicates itself to researching foreign educational systems and maintaining an up-to-date library of resource materials pertaining to international education. We are individual and/or corporate members of national and international associations in the field. We adhere to the codes of ethics of the organizations.
